Seeing as it'll probably be fcuking freezing in London one month from today, I've just helped meself to a lolly whilst the sun's still shining.

What's everyone's favourite?

I've got to go with a Fab! Strawberry lolly with a creamy vanilla layer topped with chocolate and gorgeous hundreds and thousands. They've even got a new "It's Orange!" range, which ain't bad either. I could easily eat a box of these in one sitting (it's only 8, so not really a lot, eh?)

Just wish I could find a better picture. Or, at least, one [ahem] 'undressed'. They used to be made by Lyon's and there's a couple of pics of them on the net for the Old Skool but this is the current branding, from Nestle.

PS. Cider lollies ain't bad too. :thumb:

Hum, lost in translation here, is this something only in the UK or is it a popsicle?

Wait, I found the answer...

Popsicle is a trademarked name for a frozen treat on a stick. The treat is commonly known in the United Kingdom as an Ice lolly.

There you go.

Favorite one? to be honest, it's been probably something like 10 years the last time I had one of these... I tend to prefer the Hagen Daas frozen treats ;)

A bit expensive though.

HB used to do a lovely one called a Wibbly-wobbly-wonder

These days i'd probably go for a Brunch or a loop-de-loop; failing that it'll have to be the old reliable Orange Super Split!

I'm off to the shops to get lickin' - thanks for the idea Al:thumb: :D :p

I just go for the "generic store brand variety pack" whenever I do need a lolly, but it's been forever since I had one. I like the Russian Roulette approach: which one will have the disgusting peach flavor? The orange or the not-quite-orange?  :evil4:

Cuana D has some seriously good taste in Iced Lollies.

For me its a toss up between HB Choclate Feast & what I call Milky Moos for some reason, but are officially known as Mini Milks.

They still sell something called "Gaytime" here, a leftover from more innocent times.

Never had one

I prefer Klondike bars, preferrably the new flavors they have: Heath bar, whitehouse Cherry, and peppermint.
