70s- Clash City Rockers, The Clash 80s- Blue Monday, New Order 90s- Friday I'm in Love, The Cure Now- ummm...ummmm...wait, I know this one....Maybe Bohemian Like You, The Dandy Warhols?

Why hasn't anyone mentioned Smashing Pumpkins for the '90s? Their songs "I am One," "Mayonaise", and "Zero" are definitely some of my favorite songs of the decade. Electronic's "Gangster," Depeche Mode's "Halo," and PSB's "Closer to Heaven" are also on my list.

I'd have to flip a coin between the final two for each decade.
