Oouch!
So, they know something is wrong, but they still haven't got the correct saddles to fix it?
I'm not getting back on that contraption until i can replace the saddle for a 'safe' one.
About 6 years ago I bought a Specialized saddle for such purposes but it was the most uncomfortable saddle ever. One of my friends bought one and he hated it to although his wife liked it.
When I used to commute, my saddle really started hurting me-- so bad that I could hardly ride 'cause it felt like a bone was bruised in the "taint" ('t'ain't your hoo and 't'ain't your ha). Then I replaced it with one of those gel saddles, which stopped the pain, but THEN I started going numb in the taint. Since then, there have been a lot of new developments in saddle technology. I'm slowly getting the bike back in condition to ride again, and I'll have to be careful about selection of a proper saddle this time around.
Meanwhile, for Twist, I'd recommend a Real Man Saddle.
