Right, Left, or Both?

I don't know if this has ever been brought up, but seeing as this is the time of year for senseless polls I thought I'd bring it up anyway.

Which hand do you favor naturally? Are you a righty or a lefty? Can you do writing with one or the other with no difficulty? Will you send me your social security # so I can steal your identity?

Anyway, I'll clear up the mystery and admit that I am right-handed. I've tried in the past to get ambidexterous at least when writing longhand, and can manage it to a point. But I pretty much do everything with my right hand...everything

I'm a confused lefty. I use scissors with the right hand. Perhaps they taught me to do so in Kindergarten... I don't know... I throw balls with the right hand and darts with the left... My PC mouse is used with the right hand, as well as certain joysticks or PS-controllers...

Practice in Irish schools until the 1960s saw lefties be forced to write with their right hands. It was thought by the catholics who ran all schools then (and most of them now) that left handers were in some way linked with the devil. More mad shit from religionland. After the wacky hardline liberal modernisers of vaticanII, this sensible practice was stopped

As a result, lots of the elders in my family are bothies.
