Okay, I count at least ten new threads about supermarkets...
Hell, I work at one, you don't see me whining about it nonstop! :D
Self-control, people...self-control 
Unless there are no other supermarkets in your town in the US, dunno how anybody can shop at either Safeway or Albertson's, they've got consistenty higher prices on just about everything I've ever seen whilst inside, there's a decent chain here in the NW called Winco where I go.
Target has some good prices on some foodstuffs, but since the total remodel of our branch, I've noticed slightly higher prices on just about everything already.
in the UK i'm a tesco lass; in the US i'm publix in the south, albertsons' in colorado, and safeway up north.
