I'm waiting for the remix of "Silver Bells" with lyrics more appropriate to Bing Crosby's home life:
Silver bells, silver bells,Soon it'll be time to beat my children,Ring a ling, hear them screamSoon it will be Welting Day
I am so going to hell now
:(

For some reason all our Christmas imagery is still very north european/american. Red Santa, snow and Christmas trees. Its all a bit strange at 40 degrees C.
I can't listen to "Last christmas" by Wham! anymore. We had it in our movie theatre (which I work in) every year. It was running until end of January, because no one cared about changing the in-house music, when x-mas was over. :barf:

Well do you like it or not. My guess is not.
I used to love "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" up until I heard it for the 2,000th time sometime around 2001 at work during the holidays. Now...![]()
What I despise are the radio stations that give their usual playlists over to "Christmas music" right after Thanksgiving, and keep it up until the first of January. The people who work at those stations must be holding guns to their heads while chomping down on some cyanide capsules and slitting their wrists. That, or listening to something else on their iPods :p

You've been watching Family Guy again!
Mine was Slade: Merry Christmas Everybody. Still a classic.
Quite like Wham - Last Christmas Other favourites include John Lennon - Merry Xmas (War is over)& The Pogues ft Kirsty McCall - Fairytale of New York
Some cheeky git at work last night decided to stick their ipod on the overhead speakers, and I'll be damned if they didn't have Cheeky Girls Cheeky Christmas....

I was trying to persuade Patrick to post a pic of him in a Santa outfit as a special Christmas treat for us all this year.
