How do you like your eggs?

Eggs one of natures most versatile ingredients!

After my breakfast shift at work this mornong thought i'd do a little championing of eggs today.

so how do you like your eggs cooked?

My snack today was a caramalised sweet chilli sc fried egg sandwich -which for a first attempt was delightful i must say so i'm going fried eggs

Boiled...

Scrambled. Boiled would be my second choice.

ahhh i forgot boiled, ah well i don't like em so they don't count in my poll

Not exactly very fond of eggs, scrambled with some pesto or oregano is best, a bacon omlette is good too.

1 - Scrambled, together with fried potatoes and sausage.

2 - Boild egg on bread, with mayo or caviar.

3 - Fried egg on bread.

FRIED!!! without a doubt.

especially on a sunday morning, and with BLACK PUD, FRIED BREAD, toast, (heinz) beans, bacon, sausages and mushy's, and RED SAUCE.

can't stand a cracked yoke though.

scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, catsup on a roll. Plently of salt &pepper.

With a Hooky bassline and a few 'Whoo's from Mr. Sumner

I make quite a fine omlette if I do say so myself! One of the few things besides toast I can make well, so at least breakfast is sorted for me.

So you're too lazy for boiled eggs... Who's the wimp then? What's more fun than smashing an egg on the table to crack it open and then starting to skin it slowly...

I prefer them as vegetable egg foo yung. Otherwise, they have no taste.
