Too bad my uncle retired from the Air Force (and Nellis AFB) and moved over to Colorado Springs, it's just not the same visiting them any more.

too bad we're not driving through colorado! we wanted to avoid colorado cuz the drive was a little more mountainous than we expected. we chose to drive through new mexico and arizona. our little civic can't handle the elevation! (no U2 reference made)
