Sorry, but my da subjected me to her music while growing up. I've never forgiven him for it.
saw her and spaoke to her at the hac tube special, thought she was a fat gimp, well she was then. mind you i still chuck it in the missus face to this day (i could have shagged madge me , you know). well i know i couldnt have but dont tell her shhhh.
I watched her on parky tonight and i thought that if you placed mrs beckham in her place you would get exactly the same performance but get the correct response from public, media etc...it was pants
Self important meglomaniac.
Take away her army of dancers, slick production team and erm, country estates and you're not left with much. Those big muscley arms too! That moronic gap in her front teeth etc. She's too easy to rip into, could you give us someone tougher?
I had the misfortune of seeing the Parky interview with her tonight and he may as well have been on all fours drinking from the furry cup (typical spineless Parky interview then). I switched channels in disgust when she started singing for no reason, she's not even that good at it ![]()
And yes, I've had a few ales... ooooh, Spinal Tap's on ![]()
I'm listening to her new album to review for my school's paper, and it's not bad, as a dance album. I'm no fan of her or anything, but her last albums, with guitar stuff on it, were pretty crap, but her dance songs, from the '80s and now aren't bad. They're not NO, DM, OR PSB, but it beats Britney Spears any day.

ugh!1. (n) The less often selected of two options.
(n) An item in nature that, once viewed with the human eye, causes immediate explosive regurgitation. It is recommended that one not look directly at anything answering to the title 'Madonna'.
(n) A larval stage of development.
(n) Spiritual Girl. The favorite song of Spiritual Girl is "Call Me Earth-Mother, Esther."
(n) A rare and odd condition which can, unfortunately for the rest of us, make a person speak with a British accent when everyone in the world knows they're from Detroit, MI.
(v) 7. (n) The mother of Mandonna. To imitate, to appropriate, or blatantly to rip off, especially nascent cultural and artistic trends, just before they move into the mainstream.
(n) A country near the Arctic Circle
(v) To castrate using mind power alone.
I can't help thinking she's a bit of a tosser. She's even started thinking she's a member of the royal family judging by how she's speaking. Still shag her though. I like a bit of posh.

Exactly...
Phhh..... Madonna has always been to me a symbol of bad pop music and bad taste.
She's still excellent.Never bought any of her early stuff.Apart from Like A Prayer 12".But Erotica the album got me into her.And Ray Of Light is just a faultless album.
Glad she's dropped Mirwais, her voice is good enough without tampering with it.HUNG UP is No.1 where it should be!![]()

"Hung Up" is pretty catchy, as well as "Jump" and "Let it Will Be." However, the rest of the album is like a regular club play list - mostly filled with techno-sounding dross.
Madonna is fucking ace!
Sex on legs in the 80's & 90's & Perfect Pop to go with it.
Not a massive fan of her last couple of efforts, but fook me she has bouncebackability - everyone had given up on her till the Ray Of Light period. Never write her off.
She looks amazing for a middle aged woman!
The new toon is pretty good - 8/10.
The 2nd song she did on Parky was also something I instantly liked.
Madonna has done many many great pop songs, and although she's a bit self-obsessed, at least she admits it and is aware of her imperfections.

I'd say thats a pretty good summary, i listened to it last night, wasn't overly impressed as the album dragged on,a little bit same shit different words.

And it rubs off in her work.
Never liked her much. Have no albums by her at all.
The video to "Like a prayer" is pretty cool though. The song too.
Funny thing is, that my wife who owns lots of shit albums, don't have a Madonna album either.
:D
Got the new Madonna album today at lunch, can't wait to get home to have a listen. Also got the Babyshambles album which might be shite.

NME said it was the best demo they've heard all year.

You really dig this bitch..It never ocurred before but,do you reckon she knows her way around a song/cock(s)
Or is she just another dime a dozen Navy's fucktoy wannabe ?

She certainly is the queen of pop, although her new album is not as good as expected. But it was co-written and produced by Stuart Price (aka Jack the Cunt) which already did a poor job with Jetstream and GIAUE on WFTSC. I definitely don't like his work.
Jacque is one of my main reasons for buying this...
It was his mix of J-E-T that made me think it wasn't that bad a song after all...
Madonna v. Britney? In their prime I think on looks alone Britney is much hotter, meaning better body and looks, although I can't listen to her,she is easy on the eyes.
Madonna looks hotter now than she did in the 80's which is a bit weird...
Whereas I have a strong feeling Britney will look like either an exhausted prostitute or a reader's wife in 2025...
Apparently Madonna's next album is going to be a retro house/electro work.
Oh and Stuart Price's mix of GIAUE is a pish-sodden attempt at lite rave. Listen to the Mac Quayle Vocal Mix.
Ronald Kirsch wrote: her new song 8 out of ten ABBA. catchy though.
New song is good. ABBA sample is there because Kylie already "borrowed" some bits off a certain NO record and Madge thought there was an ABBA disco song to "borrow" off that would complement her single just as well. She probably heard of or listened to Erasure's version of the original song she "borrowed" the sample from as well. Anyway, I'm sure Benny, Bjorn, Agnetha and Frida will appreciate the royalties they'll get off Madge anyway.:D

Not a duff track.Isaac is probably the weakest,but after Madonna's weak tracks,there's a big fcuking drop-off!
Finally heard it. Well the station at work that plays all the hip/hop until the white act of the hour is played had some mid 80s technodance tune on. I asked the people I was working with if this was the new tune by Madge. They confirmed. Not a bad song. Not ground breaking. Nice homage to the great electric dance bands of the 80s.
Madonna is just one of those artists i have in turn both hated with a passion and loved with a passion.Guess i'm just an indecisive bugger!
