Read an interview with His lordship sir Patrick Stewart obe mbe cbe (and whatever the queen should bestow upon him, i don't mind royalty but her ignorance towards him is beginning to bug me!) and hes stated hes in talks with Paramount to star in an other star trek film with the Next Genration crew.
Should be a better idea than the shit of, lets do a prequal from Rick Berman.

All Berman's ideas suck balls. paddy IS the man.
I'd love to see a DS9 movie, just to see Sisco on the big screen. I thougt the next movie was to be an enirely new crew and era? Ah well another next generation movie will be good now data's dead (don't get me srong I loved Data, it's just that androids don't get fat and sickly and old)

well according to the interview brent spiner and michael dorn are also in negotiation to reprise there roles suppose spiner will have to be B4.
i've always wanted a DS9 movie, just a full on sci fi action fest with the dominion war throw in a Q cameo, never gonna happen though i don't think.
maybe they can send Picard and crew back in time to kill the animated botoxed hair implanted bloated walking corpse of William Shatner whose career will never die, living off the consumed souls of kidnapped middle aged fans who are too fat to leave their apartment so are never missed... I mean WTF, how does he still have an acting career?!
If Picard is coming back they'd better kill him off or retire him; finish the damn story properly!

the first, and still worst emotional response I ever had to trek was when the original Enterprise buys the farm at the end of ST3, it was like someone had torn a lump out of my soul.
EDIT:, that's a lie actually, i was only thinking about bad things.
To this day, the shot in the first film, of the Enterprise leaving dock, with the sun coming up behind it makes my chest almost burst. Got nothing to do with Trek, and everything to do with te future of our race being out there.
the sci-fi lot are still around.they are in league with them daleks
