madam, such connections as I have would of course partake in no fraudulent action on my behalf :)
Actually, technically I still work for their info line myself, but aint beein there in oooooo oh dear 18months nearly...how fuckin bored am I with doing sod all...very :)
What would you like to do? That's career wise, Steve
right now i'd settle for being back skivving in the call centre.
Career wise, I sometimes feel I've had most of that already.
Lived the rock and roll dream and was good at most of it except the schmoozing and industry crap, I really can't abide normal folks getting involved in bringing musicians down :)
Then made lots of e heads happy on a strictly amusement and studio funding basis for a while.
What's left to do?
I'm still waiting on Frank Williams ringing me about that 2nd seat.
Seriously though I'd love a nice job behind a desk.
a 72 channel SSL desk, but still a desk.
and you're dream options, assuming carryin inflatable guitars isn't a vocation for you (and notwistanding little'uns)
I'd like to be a footballers wife. I'd be so good at it. Champagne, platinum cards, shopping, flying all of my mates on NOOL around the world VIP, to all the gigs NO perform. Get my nails done, plastic surgery, face transplant is the thing these days??? Could i be that vain??? seeing as i love my footy, getting to see footy for free would be the best result. Having the money would be nice also.
Seriously, i'd like my own business. I have a few ideas and reckon eventually it will happen. I have a good business head-fuck knows where that came from? I'm just about to buy some DJ decks again, after 10 years absence from DJing. Can't remember much so will practice for a year and see what happens. My aim is to have one massive 30th birthday party and be able to DJ for it. In part anyway.
You seem no clearer on your career choice. Do you really want to sit behind a desk?
