Attention record company: I would gladly give you lots of my hard-earned money for such an item.
Extra track and a tacky badge, says I.
Wont "thon tosser" get all the money tho?
Besides, have you seen liz lately, she lookin peeky, I'm not so sure now's a good time :)

Zing!
There's an article on the Smiths in Uncut magazine this month and a nice Peel Festive 50 CD with it.
highly unlikely considering label woes and Morrissey's take on the past. Would be great, though....one of my favorite all time.

I always thought it would be more than appropriate for an enterprising band to release a cover of "The Queen Is Dead" backed with "God Save The Queen" (the Pistols tune, of course) on the eve or the event of the Queen actually passing. Yes, I am a bastard ![]()
I don't think there'll be a "special edition" release of the album next year. It's fine enough on its own ![]()

Queen Is Dead is required listening. My only complaint with the early Smiths' catalog is the poor production and dreadful remastering.
I did hear a rumor of an upcoming Smiths box with loads of rarities slated for 2006. ![]()
