Too LOW? that's a new one.....erm eat things that need no digestion...chicken soup (also known as Jewish Penicillan, because mothers of the hebrew faith can cure anything up to a broken spine with it).

EDIT: even tho I hate both sour milk, and live food, I have beeb indulgin in those pro-biotic thoghurts (the amount of anti biotics i'm on, my gut's as devoid of life as Dubya's brain)....and they do actually do some good in terms of giving your insides a hand-crank.
