The Tony Martin period was quality as well. Dio only had one good album 'Heaven and Hell.' Can't stand 'Mob Rules' for some reason.

I'm with GNU on this...while i like paranoid and quite a few other tracks....you cannae beat sweet leaf for sheer rock-tastic-riff-porn. used to pla a cover of it in a band, and actually broke something every time....strings..amps...fingertips....even a PICK! (one of those hard resin things some twat gave me after nickin me nylon one)

yeah well they weren't much of a band.....we did do a thrash version of the stingray theme called "stingring"
