we are currently experiencing 38 degrees C here, even hotter than yesterday. all i can do is stay indoors with the aircon on reading a book. i am supposed to go to a new year's eve bbq in a couple of hours. the way things are going i may just wat till sunset.

It got to 43 degrees (that's 109.4 for you Americans who haven't converted to the metric system yet) here in Melbourne, it reminds me of the endless hot summers in Tamworth when i was a kid, i so hate summer. Hope you made it to the BBQ you were invited to Ron, i made it to the one i was invited to and it ain't half bad, i must say. Have a good one mate. :thumb:

dont even mention that, here is about 0.5 meter of snow, I coudnt leave my parking place with my car today morning. damn nice:(

yeh i made there, was bloody hot most of the night too. now its time to try some of that sleep thing.

i just stepped outside, and decided to already close all the windows and doors, as the moring sun is very hot. it will be another stinker today. it should be a bit cooler tomorrow.

I laugh at the folks who complain it being 30F in winter currently up here-whole family is from Pittsburgh so snow and 25F can be typical but 38 C? well make sure the pavement is hot enough before you fry up the egg :rofl:
