It will be when they get their gaming licences through. Yeah Blackpool put the lights on between beginning of September and end of October,does attract a lot of tourists at a time when normal tourism is starting to die down. Only downside is trying to drive down the coast behind a succession of cars full of kids,driving at about 2 mph!
when i was a kid i used to love the nursery rymme and picture boards in bispham part of blackpool lights.do they still do them ?
