I smoked a turkey on Tuesday. Makes the dark meat edible. Started it at noon and pulled it out of the smoker about 530 pm. The only problem is that the skin turns black and is not edible. But the turkey is so damn delisious!

Smoked, but it has to be real wood smoked. As a pig farmer I object to they shite they are allowed to sell as so-called smoked bacon!
