I can't abide the little tosser.

The last I read about him in the music press was his records were being praised by sections of the US hip hop community. They all love that though don't they; take an established song, add a breakbeat and rap about your homie getting an unfortunate cap in his ass.

Maybe one of old Phil's singles is going to get a Every Breath You Take-style makeover? Any guesses? Easy Lover?

Three summers ago, I worked with a girl who actually listened to Phil Collins. She would put on an oldies station that would play his songs often and the rest of us would have to suffer. US Top 40 or Phil Collins radio? That's like choosing between getting your arm torn off or toothpicks through your eyes. I think I'd chose the former.

I'd like to take this opportunity to state that I was thinking of starting another "top three" thread. It was to be "Top Three Kajagoogoo Songs", but at the last minute I lost my nerve. Plus, there's no such thing. So I wanted to let you all know that I've spared you all yet another inane "top three" thread. :thumb:

Now then, what are the top three Michael Bolton songs? :evil4:

i didn't mind his cover of 'you can't hurry love' and i have a soft spot for 'groovy kind of love,' but other than that there ain't no third.

How about a Top Three Vanilla Ice songs thread? :evil4:

Yeah, I think this whole "top three" thing is (as my hip-hop-loving friends might say) played out  :hat:
