Belle & Sebastian are touring the states limitedly. Does anyone else here like them as much as I do?? And if they can tour the US on a tiny label, how come the Order cannot do it? And I know that Belle hates touring as much as New Order do.

Who said the order couldn't do it? As I recall, they came over for a very limited tour last year...I could have sworn I saw them in Mountain View...but if they really do dislike the States, who are we to bitch about it? I know I have before, but hey, they are adults, and artists, and they can do whatever they please!!!!
I'm not implying anything with my earlier remark...I just feel slighted at times. Yes they toured the WEST COAST. However, I am a poor student who can hardly pay his rent month to month let alone pay $250+ tp fly to LA, $50+ for a ticket, and $60 for a hotel. I just think if bands as small as Belle and Sebastian can tour, New Order with the might of their back catolog and Reprise should be able to do the same. Because at the end of day, I think they have not committed to coming back here due to sales. Fuck the sales, Just play!
Joe...I am with you...I would really love to see them come over one more time...but, I just don't see it happening...and I think it just has to do with their personal choices...yes...it does suck...I don't know how old you are...but you do mention being a student...and I know that there is no way in hell I would have been able to fly out to California back when I was in college...I was fortunate enough for them to come here to Dallas back when I was a student ('89 and '93), and I would probably have been VERY disappointed if I had not been able to make it out to San Francisco last year..so accept my apologies for being such an insensitve ass...I hope that you do get the chance to see them...hell..if they make it to Philly later this year...I'll even show up and buy you a beer...
