I thought i would post some bollocks to lighten the mood. when i was a kid it was skippy closely followed by flipper. these days it just has to be that austrian crime fighing german shepheard inspector rex, or to give him his propper title kommissar rex. he regularly outsmarts his human counterparts of the vienna homicide squad. don't come to me with the lame italian copy of rex called turbo.

Pretty much the same as Ron; Skippy and Flipper in the earlier years, Inspector Rex recently. In the animated stakes, loads of the WB cartoon (some animal, some human) characters(mostly the poor ones that could never get to eat, shoot, blow up,etc the more annoying ones), Scooby Doo(the original late '60s episodes, not the ones where his annoying nephew appears), Top Cat and a slightly more obscure one called Tennessee Tuxedo, featuring the vocal talents of the sadly departed Don Adams playing the part of a know-it-all penguin.

Top Cat is a legend. there's plenty of people i know who's money is attached to a string, just like TC.

Foxes are cool (until you hear one hwling in the deadof night...sounds like a baby in a blender) Animal was in the muppets ( a drummer no less)

And my fave animal has always been "K9" and he'll back this year and I will cry like a little boy when he appears.

I always wanted him to be MYdog so he could abuse my computer for me "you are a very stupid machine"

I hated big bird. Tall, painful and stupid. Liked almost everything else on SS, but when BB apeared I turned over. I always wondered how they ended up with so many dense trailer trash kids in the US when they had such good kids programming...then someone told me it was for 12-15's LOL

you posting from a time machine? Or was I in such a hurry to read jemma's wibblings I missed yours.

Pinky and the Brain is television at it's very finest. I recently managed to require recordings of most of them, and have been watching when the mood takes me. The one where brain concocts the industrial accidents invloving a microwave and the non dairy creamer almost kills me every time i see it :D

Barney could be pinky and wilson the Brain.

"what we gonna do tomorow night Tony" "same thing we do every night Bernard, try to take over the world"

(Which one of us has the time machine again?)
