What 80 bhp??

No i drove an HF turbo, modded to 230 bhp ish. Grale power but 2 wheel drive so nowhere near as good in the bendy bits. The last bit was it was more fun being a passenger in a Grale than me driving a Subaru. Definately a Coldplay fans car

Am guessing if its 16v its one of the new shape ones, after Lancia got the strop on and stopped exporting to RHD countries?

Sorry, right hand drive. Really just UK, South Africa and Australia/New Zealand. Lancia stopped production about 12 years ago cos they didnt last too well in the UK, the rain made them all rust away.

Same wheels as mine had. Nice car, are they very popular in Serbia? Ive never seen many Lancias in any country, although ive never been to Italy.

Barney Army: correction/ gets better. the 'Fine Time' title comes from Steve Morris. says that they'd just finished the record off in Bath and his car got towed.

to remind him to pay the fine and get the car he wrote Fine Time on a piece of paper. --if that is to be believed.from the notes in the song browser section. greatest site. gush, gushh, you all.

It's not mine, just googled it to find a pic. Will post a pic of mine (Lancia, Mike, Lancia) tomorrow. Dunno, deffo seen more Lancias here than Saabs but neither of them are that much popular. I think us freaky Serbs dig Golfs instead

Another great although little known Lancia from the late 80s/early 90s is the Thema 8.32 Looks like a Saab 9000, only it has a Genuine Ferrari V8 under the hood. About 4000 quid for a decent one on ebay. Only left hand drive surprisingly, but imagine the looks you would get blipping the throttle at the traffic lights!!

Nothing wrong with that either. Especially Mark one GTis. Saw a gorgeous one in Stockport the other morning with an old gal driving. Not as great as a Grale of course, but they sound so mean!!

the black one, not blacknone, is the nicest. but, what's the steering wheel doing on the left-hand-side? don,t you guys drive sideways like Australia. My grand-uncle had an Austin that he drove for 1/2 the year in London then took it up to Sweden for the the summer months. That legally, somehow, went on for years.

A while back Walkers had one of those S4's. The Group B widowmaker, actually it did kill 2 people I seem to remember. Obv the buyer just stuck it in storage to collect.

Imagine racin an EVO around a forest, then goin to a New Order gig, with Kylie.

I've just cum.

Oh, and obv United win the European Cup that same night.

Now which is the least likely?

The integrale was only ever imported to the UK as a left hand drive. You can get converted ones, but they tend to be shit and devalue the car. Some people complain it hinders overtaking, but then again you have so much acceleration that you can overtake in half the time anyway!!

Oh yeah and its not illegal to own a left hand drive here, you just have to have it re-registered on UK plates.

I used to play footy with a guy that was a Lancia Manchester salesman, back in '94. He drove a factory converted RHD 16v Integrale, not an EVO. I remember being a passenger during a motorway tussle with another teammate in a 911. The 911 got the better, eventually, but get the fookers on a rally circuit!!! We all know who's the daddy.

CAn I just throw in Audi Quattro? Superb motor, but doesnt have the drop dead looks of the Delta

Yeah UR-quattros are great. Again, i had the poverty version in my youth, the 2 wheel drive, 2.0 5cyl. However i was 19 and all my mates had girly metros and fiestas so i was the daddy. Got the grale pics, btw. Thats a nice one n all. Mind you, im paying 1800 to insure a mondeo so fuck knows what that would cost

LHD never put me off really. Drove to the Nurburgring this summer down some mad windy roads and it wasnt a problem.

But I was fooked when I tried to leave a hotel car park and the ticket machine was on the wrong side

Now a New Order gig at the Nurburgring, that would be good. Id go balls out and hire a skyline for the weekend
