about time someone stood up to the parasitic agents. They are draining money out of the game from OUR pockets.

I just hope he hasnt bitten off more than he can chew.

Seems like the LMA arent sure about supporting him. Loads of managers deal with crooked agents and moan about them but don't do anything to stop the trend. Newell has and good for him. I like him, he's got a good future in the game (perhaps at a bigger club? Sorry Luton Order!)

Does he have a slight resemblence to a certain drummer with a penchant for tanks?

My abiding memory of Mike Newell as a manager will be the time we played Luton at home, and he left the technical area and brought down our right winger...
