So, 2000 posts. A time to say a few thanks you and throw a few shout outs, methinks.

Firstly, a mention to Big Clive, aka ATR, for driving around and taking me with him. London, Newcastle, York and helping me move house. As well as for the various freebies.

Next, to other members of the Travelling Order: Jarvo, provider of pints and badges, Mark as well, and for travelling 200 miles to see ACR, which is worse than me. Pompey Order for being completely fooked at Glasto. Little Colin for showing who is truly Hardcore by going to Japan.

Our Moderator in waiting, Sir Digital Mike, for being a provider of cider, bootlegs and comedy. As well as NOOL’s very own extreme Dad, BIGINOIL, and his amazing shopping list.

Our Ness and Our Greg for putting me up a couple of times. Remember you two that Morrissey will be on tour this year and I’ll be needing a place to stay. J Barney Army, for missing the Brixton gig and driving to QEH and back again, and staying sober while everyone else was getting hammered. JT for saving me from V campsite hell (fookin Oasis fans) and his good lady wife for offering me a place to stay for when Kaiser Chiefs play Leeds.

Thanks to Clayhead for referring to me as “mostly a cunt”- giving me the best MSN tagline possible. And for sticking to his guns and wearing a truly terrible Hawaiian shirt. Neil for trying to explain who he was in the Mulberry while I didn’t take a blind bit of notice for being too hammered. Shug, for being a figure of fun, a drunken bastard, and for showing a willingness to completely disregard what his missus says and coming out drinking, as well as for getting to gigs no matter what. Old Monkey, for being a former drunk, and provider of stuff. The Re: Order boys, for providing superb nights of entertainment. Nick King, for being mad. Ally, for being an MSN ranting colleague. Hibster, for being the first person off this website I met. Don- will get those REM DVD’s done for you eventually, I do need reminding though. Old Blue- for knowing who I was and having the guts to talk to me at QEH with me not really making sense of the situation. Monty, for putting on the New Order Disco. One Brain- travelling from Brazil to see Durutti Column and BSP deserves utmost respect. You wouldn’t get me going the other way. Mario, who fell asleep outside Mulberry Bush.

And the people, I have yet to meet erm…. Agent, who is a very entertaining MSN person, the person most capable of making a lame insult sound so funny, and the person who me the easiest, and best way to download Lost. Missy Jem, for keeping my day at work relatively entertaining, and even though she is in a strop with me, Maya, for being mad, and showing a willingness to travel to get to gigs.

And finally, a nod to da boss, Nic, for giving me the tools to air my completely coherent, relevant, correct and above all entertaining rants in a place visible to more people than the other place.

See most of yers next week!
