Look smarty knickers...it was someone saying it was ROCKET i was laughing at, I thought since it was a quick post it would appear underneath so i didn't quotw. However Murphy's 3rd law of NOOl states that any post without a quote will instantly become seperated from what it ought to have quoted.

I will put a cigarette out in my eye in penance.

Well Wino, it seems that more people said it was you than anyone else. TOLD YOU YOU HADN'T CHANGED A BIT.

for those who mentioned her being "pre-booze"...you should see the other one I have of her.....even younger....glass expression, clearly had a few. Or maybe her mum used to do what mine did and dip the dummy in whiskey when I was teething...and people said that would cause brain damage...as if. Nurrrrgle.

Quite incredible really - you mentioning my Mum. After all, I was about 5 - my big bro and I had very odd haircuts for 1986 - even for infants, don't you think? She also did that spitting on hand followed by hand compression on childs head routine I think judging by the lack of little curls on bro's head! :D

Spit on hand and flatten hair is the 3rd most annoying thing mothers do.

the 2nd is brush your hair with no concern for the fact that someone ekse brushing your hair is sore at the best of times, and much worse if half the garden is entwined in it.

but sure THE most annoying thing, is licking on a bit of hanky and trying to friction burn a hole into your face with it in the name of removing some terrible blemish or other that will cause the neighbours/doctor/teacher to think awful things like...."that woman let her child eat chocolate"

Restoration implies a return to a natural state! hardly the right word to use in conjunction with your brain and order.

This is stupid - we'll be able to tell the 9-year olds aren't Wino by the Bennie hanging out of the corner of their mouths.
