i was going to go to work today, but i got sick yesterday. details: the toilet in my classroom flooded and overflowed onto the carpet. i managed to step inside the bathroom and stop the flooding with a pencil which held the rubber stopper down, but it still stank pretty badly. i then spent 20 minutes after the students left sitting at my computer right in front of the wet stain, with the room getting warmer and the smell getting worse. i finally made it to the teachers' lounge where i did a nice technicolor yawn in the bathroom there and was told to go home. i felt sick all night and still felt nauseous this morning, so i stayed home instead of facing the classroom (i hope they got the carpet cleaners in!).
so, to make a short story long, that's why i was up at 6ish.
that loo seems to overflow at semi-regular intervals. are they going to do something about it?
i'm moving rooms next week. and who are they putting in the room? physically handicapped children. so i hope they do something about it soon!

anyway i'm about to head off to work. i just put on my mainly white, well they are grey now asics runners. my excuse is that i'm still wearing them in before i actually take them for a run. i wonder if the computers will work today. all week the network has gotten progessivly slower, until yesterday afternoon we had nothing.
bugger me the computers her seem to working just fine today.
back to topic i may go to maccas today. nothing to worry about there, i'm still loosing weight, or at least have stabilised at around 80 kg.
