Sadly no, I've never had a hangover! It's great stuff though but it does work for a good mate of mine. He has about two or three bottles or cans of the stuff and then he's back on form.

water, asprin, coffee, and greasy food. if that won't stay in just water, toast and rest.

Paracetamol, fresh orange juice, water and toast. Then full fat coke and crisps (any flavour, quite a few bags) Then if it doesn't shift; more booze, usually beer, the first pint might be a bit tricky, but I find that a two pint pick up usually shifts the hangover. :)

paracetomol or preferably ibuprofen BEFORE BED. These both act as anti inflamatories, and work better as prevention than cure. Also before bed, water, lots and lots of water if you can stomach it :D

I get horrendous hangovers, and for you young uns....they get worse the older you get!!!!

I hardly ever remember to prep myself as described, so I end up screwed the next day. If I DO remember, the next day goes MUCH easier.

If you really are FUCKED, the best cure for a hangover (over and above anti-inflamatories) isthe same as that for sunstroke as the two conditions aren't too far apart.....trouble is...it's not an easy thing to chuck down with fucked guts.....

a pint of ICE COLD water, loaded with a teaspoon or 2 of salt and a up to 10 of sugar. Failing that, salty sugary foods and lots of liquid (probably why so many people swear by tea and a fry up)

Also handy for the really bad ones are he nutrient things you can get for when u have terminal shites...dioralite or something you call em.

Beer. And a pizza. Then more beer.

That should help. :thumb:

That IS true. Not much fun though.......I rarely get a hangover and next to never get a bad headache, food etc is just rubbish - it has absolutely no effect whatsoever. Something effervescent is supposed to be good - not that I try that. I just drink lots of coffee, take a couple of para if necessary, drink some juice, and then have a glass of wine when the hour is respectable. Long hot bath, early night. Does the trick.:)

water and a walk in the fresh air but most importantly BANANA'S yep banana's contain something that helps restore dead cells caused by alcohol

How much alcohol do you need to drink to get a hangover? One night, I had 5 shots of rum, one shot of whiskey, a shot of absolut citron, a glass of white wine, and a glass of red wine and I felt fine the next morning. And during new years' eve, I had 4 glasses - not shots - of Absolut punch - vodka and kool-aide, basically - and 2 glasses of wine, and I felt fine. Am I just not drinking enough?

you should, at least have a bit of a headache. it also depends on the time frame you consumed the alchhol in, and the quality of the actual drink. then again who knows. there have been nights where i had a bottle of scotch and felt quite well the next moring. on other occaisions 8 beers are enough to make me feel quite seedy the next day.

It depends on: your age, your weight, food consumed, quality of drinks and of course their quantity, and order in which you drink different alcohol beverages. :)

A young man's organism is easier to overcome the bad consequences of alcohol consumption. Before I turned 20-21 I didn't have any hangovers whatsover. Lately I started drinking again: rum, vodka, beer and now on some days I have a headache and some I have not. Of course I'm much wiser on the subject now and my hangovers are very rare and early localized

well, I just try my best to go about my day as usual and convince myself that I'm not hungover. It seems like if I sit around all day doing nothing, I feel worse. There isn't anything to keep me busy diverting my attention. I usually know what I'm getting in to if Tequila or Whiskey are involved and know that I'm going to have a good time but it always comes with a price. If being hungover is the only price I pay, I consider myself lucky.

A lot of water before you sleep. Or a couple of teaspoons of Pedialyte if you're in a rush to get to bed.
