Got a copy of the Apollo DVD and let me tell you it's ace.
But I can't copy it.
I've copied loads of other DVDs, but this one is different.
I've tried it on two PCs, by copying direct DVD to DVD, by copying to the harddrive and by pulling the files across.
Instead of the normal Audio_TS and Video_TS folders, there's one called ROXIOPLASMA and one called Video_TS.
The Video_TS one looks normal, the ROXIOPLASMA one has a file called METADATA.DAT, which measures exactly 1MB.
The DVD writer program I use is Nero.
Should I give up?

looks like some proprietry wank has creapt in. Boy do I hate that.
When you say copying.....you mean as in copying the contents of the disc or as in making an ISO/other image from it?
If you're copying files I think you're losing something along the way, something that's not a literal part of he filesyetem.
Try using "make image" or whatever nero calls it. Come to think of it, nero is stupid and can't do that without you manually putting the files into it and burning it to the "image recorder" so it's no use.
You need something less intrusive...something like daemon tools or alsohol120%
Basically if they disc has a load of non-standard fanny farts all over it but it plays.... the best thing is to make identical copies, aything else and your burning app will (as you have seen) Choke.
