Have only seen 15 minutes total of Friends, ever.....I do enjoy watching parts of Frasier, Newsradio, and Wings in syndication, though I didn't watch them in their regular time slots.
Coupling (the British version, never saw the American version) The Daily Show (it has skits, so I think it qualifies)
I guess I don't watch a lot of tv sit-coms. I'm a movie fan instead.

Ren and Stimpy. never too much- the Simpsons. Blackadder, any Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, haven't had a TV in years though.

Most of the British comedies are good - Fawlty Towers would have to be a favourite. Oh, and Last of the Summer Wine.
Not keen on many American comedies - Frasier is brilliant though, also like Raymond.

ps- the Blue Monday weimaraner is a beauty. not trusting the spelling. Weimar- central Germany.

but really its a toss up b/n Seiny and Fawlty Towers.
Prob, Seiny i'd say. when George and Jerry took that Limo from the Airport and pretended to be O'Reilly the Nazi leader. that was classic. there's so many. The Donna Chang one. The Bubble Boy one. Superb. Elaine's boyfriend, the face painter at the Footy.
Never got the credit here it deserved.
