I'd say the drag queen RuPaul looks more than a woman than Robert Smith. And there was this rock band in Japan called Shazna (they were popular back in 1997~1999 ish), and the lead singer Izam is a man, but he seriously looks like a woman. He looks more like a woman than Robert Smith, in my opinion.

Fat Bob did have that Liz Taylor phase. But Barney has tits as does Shaun Ryder but people do not call them women.
