But wrong forum surely?
well it started with the smash hits to fold thread (i count that as from my vault part i), and since then i've put them in behind closed doors. i figure people will find it here as well.
should i dare break out the Q and rolling stone articles, as those mags still exist? what about melody maker? what would nme think of that as they now own the rights.
yep some nice posts there ron, especially the german one, thats a pic id never seen of the band. nice to see a pic with gillian with them looking so cool. sigh those where the days.
please let me know what you think, or post your own images.
Is it just me or is it scary Britny Fox got the same rating as technique???

nope, just that show they actually used to be written about in pop magazines. as you can see they always have to explain new order's history, "risen from the ashes of joy division etc".
for a time it new order were successful enough to warrant some attention from these pop magazines.
ian what do you think of the Bravo article? i said i'd post it.

You think they might be tired of that hack line after a quarter of a century?
nice.thanks. BraVo- kultBand mit hit New Order.. need to replace a couple of clapped out sequencers ..or Peter Hooks biker boots. --Substance -- shows how far NO have developed in six-and-a -half years.
early electro of Everything's Gone Green, BM, to the opulent Perfect Kiss.
and on to the commercial thrust of True faith. A bonus the cassette and CD versions contain all the B- sides.

yes you would think so, but it keeps cropping up. these days they also always add something like they survived the collapse of their record company and their night club.

Ha, I told you I always found 80's Bravo mags very funny by the way they entitled the headlines. Like this... Kultband mit Hit
(eehhh nämlich Kultband mit Blauem Montag? ;) )
Good stuff Ronald, one of these days I gotta make some scans for a New Order interview from a US zine called Black Market, where Barney humourously claims that Stephen used to be a professional ball-room dancer.
