Here's to Anna Nicole Smith in her battle at the Supreme Court. Good luck and may Justice prevail.

She deserves some cash for having to nosh off that coffin dodger, until she went one nosh too far.

Anna Nicole is an ignorant, gold-digging whore. If it weren't the mess from the state courts system, none of the Supreme Court thing would have happened. Unfortunately, there is a part of me that says she deserves some part of her old man's estate since she LEGALLY married him... What has America come to?

nice tits though. I think the family should have paid her off a tiny chunk of the billion dollar estate just to shut her up.

And America has been like that for years.

I agree.. the millionaire married her.. it's her money. Maybe the old perv should have married a 70 year old granny instead. He wanted her boobs she wanted his cash.. seems like a fair trade.

This case has been going on FOREVER. Geez, give the woman some money so she'll go away!

The guy had 1 1/2 feet in the grave when he married her. Is there anybody on this planet who believes that he thought it was for his looks?

I think everyone, including the bride and groom, knew what was up. It reminds me of a song from Me and My Girl, re: a certain gold digger, called Thinking No One But Me. I think Anna should sing that song when she's got a verdict.

Did you ever see Anna's reality show? My god, she was huge then! She certainly has lost some poundage. Good for her. :)

You are soooooooooo right. He knew the score-- I mean, come on, the guy was an oil billionaire, let's not talk ourselves into believing he was "naive"-- and he apparently wanted to go out with a smile on his face. She held up her end of the bargain...

No, I'm afraid I missed it. Though I have seen-- and heard-- her here and there.

But I do think she should have known she was going to have to fight for money, since it appears she wasn't given a lot during their marriage....come on, the groom didn't really take care of her, particularly in his will, so she had to contest. Personally, if I had been Anna, I would have at least had a decent prenup. In her own words to Larry King, she said she was stupid for not getting a prenup.

KING: In fact, if she were (UNINTELLIGIBLE) and this guy's begging, Howard, why not a prenup?

STERN: Exactly. Exactly.

KING: I mean, why not where she gets, OK, I'll marry you and I'll do these things for you, and here's what I want.

STERN: Well...

SMITH: I know, I was so stupid.

:) Well, we already knew she was stupid, but at least we now have it from the horse's mouth.

OK, but smart enough to know a billion dollars when she sees it. I'd say it shows her naivete, and Whatsizname's shrewdness.

Maybe the justices took the case because they want finality too! I mean, why bother with the issues of abortion, capital punishment or even RICO? Hell, let's take Anna's case and see what kind of precedent we can set for .... the "meeting of the minds" element in marital contracts...

Or maybe some of the Justices are getting on in years, and wouldn't mind a nice set of funbags to cushion that landing into the grave. :D

Some people may have to take precautions and take their heart medicine before the case begins. :) No, it's not the blue pill... it's the white one.

is it me or do europeans profess to to know about america than actual americans?

She deserves every cent she gets.

She married him and allowed his dried up grissle to touch her. If I was a billionaire you bet your ass I'd do the same thing when the time came. He left her money in his will but that evil son of his is blocking it.

From what I have heard from Yahoo! News, the justices seem to be sympathetic. God, I can't wait till this case is over. The justices have more important cases to go over.

I thought her show was kinda weird, but the person who annoyed me the most was her interior designer. :banghead: I just wanted to slap him (and not in a S&M way but rather in a shut-the-f*ck-up way).

I watched it as well. My favorite moment was when she was at some airport and overheard someone making fun of her.

I just saw some photos of Anna and she's looking a lot better now that she's lost a lot of weight.

And she is demurely dressed in black. She's going to have the Supreme Court justices right where she wants them.

And right where those crotchety old geezers want to be... :D
