Yesterday it was 2 legs of Gressingham Duck (roasted)
Today however I slummed it with chicken dippers.

Bloody prententious that is.
Gimme a Bacon Sarnie any Day
I had champagne and croissants with gravellax on an Oxford lawn one January 1. Don't think it agreed with my digestive system though.
I had duck pate on toast and two mimosas nearby a London hotel (novotel I believe)
Damn, that was expensive. But actually quite good. :)

It was in Iceland - twice in fact, once in Reykjavik and can't remember where the second time was, it was very nice, braised if I remember correctly... Also had Guillemot, which was very strong, a bit like steak... Steered clear of the rancid shark meat and pickled whale blubber though...

have a friend who went up through the Yukon on a whitewater adventure type two week thing- came back with stories of braised moose nose , moose-burgers etc., smoked salmon skin snacks etc. all with lots of beer.
I also had bison in Canada, which was exotic for a pasty Brit, but I guess pretty common for North Americans... The beer was good though...

You prefer a Jack Russell over a Cocker Spaniel?
I always found them tough little bastards to chew through.
You're going to say the secret is marinating them. I just know it.

Some Husky sausages would be nice... And maybe a bit of roast suckling seal? And how do you manage to grow coffee in such an inhospitable climate?

Right, gotta go and pick the missus up from a night's clubbing... Being the sad git I am I'd rather stay in and talk bollocks on here about seabirds, dogs and ceramic album covers... It's been fun, take care and remember - if you can't be good, be careful...
