For you, Steve, the invitation is open-ended. Come over whenever you wish.

You'll love the raspberry brioche, as much as I do. Yummm!

Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese or potatoes, sausage, French Toast, and skim milk.

Lunch: Depends. Usually pasta, but there will be some good stuff like a gyro; but I always have a salad and skim milk.

Dinner: some meat (in small portions) or a pizza, a salad, and skim milk.

Usual day:

Breakfast: any kind of cereal will do, but mostly Raisin Bran or Special K with skim milk. 100% cranberry or Welch's grape juice, and either a banana or some kiwi.

Lunch (when not on the road, and stuck at the office): a Healthy Choice Pepperoni pizza, more kiwi, blueberry bagel, one can of Coke. Sometimes the first item will be homemade burritos of chicken breast, brown rice, and low-fat beans, or some organic Kettle corn chips with some spicy, seasoned 7% ground beef.

Dinner: Sometimes burritos, sometimes tostadas, an occasional burger of the 7% grade, sometimes some fish and white rice and steamed broccoli. Once in a while a second cola, but usually just iced water.

Fast food is limited to a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's or a roasted chicken sandwich from Subway (no mayo or cheese on anything at all). This usually happens when I'm on the road. snacks of the day rotate among low-fat chocolate milk, dried blueberries, baby carrots, or marionberry muffins. Seasonal change of fruit as well, depends on what's around.

Okay, you eat a lot healthier than I did as a undergrad. Next, you'll be telling me that you do all your shopping at Whole Foods or Wild Oats!?

Just kidding of course. Have you ever tried No-Pudge Fudge with the cute little mascot of a pig having a belt tied around his little tummy? Seriously good stuff at the end of a stressful test day.

Breakfast: double cappuccino or iced Viet. coffee. Ever downed a double shot of espresso on an empty stomach at 8 in the AM? Yow.

Lunch: Err what? Most days i'll skip this, though I never pay for my own lunch, rule of thumb. (Just last weekend I got someone to pay for a feast of dim sums and HK-style house special panfried noodles in the city, :food: )

Dinner: Pot pie! Preferably with mushrooms. If there's none of that i'll try to boil up some spinach and feta ravioli or get a takeout at the cafe here that looks like the diner from Back to the Future.

You can't really classify it as dinner. Usually i'll eat around 4 pm and that keeps me sated for the rest of the day. Despite this I have a higher caloric intake than many third world nations.

Are we talking about favourite meals for each of the categories, or what we are having today for each category?
