Errm, I *may* have inadvertently come across...strike that, RUN across some porn here and there, but I would hardly lassify that as "intimate." OK, so the "moment" was intimate, but... *digs deeper hole*
When in doubt, it's the alcohol that does me in. Couple of pints a couple of times a week, nothing major, always making sure I never drive.
However, I have no idea how I made it to my hotel room at the conference I attended in Portland last weekend, or how my bags wound up in my room when I left them outside in the car on the other side of the parking lot. Last thing I remember was dancing away madly on the floor with the gals sitting in our area.
All I know is that I didn't have to buy a drink the entire night (and next day), and that I'm missing a shirt and a pair of socks. AND I missed winning an all-expenses paid trip to the NASCAR race in Phoenix by ONE number, if only I'dve been just a bit more hung over...
What do I do to quit? Probably a court order.......:p

Maybe it just becomes buying tons of kids music. When I was bouncing my baby "nephew" around, all of my childhood songs started coming back to me. He loves it when his Uncle Comrade sings and dances with him. Can't wait to buy him some CDs. :)

Trust me when I say kids music get really old really fast. Every toy flashes and plays music louderthan my Bose system. Every cartoon and tv show is riddled with music we used to know but with cheesier beats and different lyrics. The cd's are nice for awhile, and love hearing my daughter singing them (I really do enjoy that) but there are many times I would rather beat my head againsta brick wall to a bloody pulp. Such are the joys of parenting.

OK, I'll trust you. But my baby "nephew" is Polish, so his parents got him a Polish choildren's CD, and I didn't get tired of that one at all. Now his mother cursed me for burning one particular song into her brain becuse I kept singing it to him all the time, but i never got tired of it. And it was amazing how songs I haven't heard in decades came back to me when I heard the cheezy synthesized versions. So my baby nephew got the real versions, with his Uncle Comrade singing and dancing like a silly grown-up version of the silly baby boy my nephew is... :)

Comrade, You hit the nail on the head. Something about kids songs in other languages are great. Wife is Japanese, so Japanese kid's songs are so much better, not sure if it's because I can't understand them all that well, but the lyrics are more interesting.
Glad to hear your nephew has a great uncle to be around. That's important in his life. Here's to happy days with him!
And don't get me wrong, I love my kids and would never trade anything for them, just sometimes hearing the same thing over 5,000 times in a row gets a little old.

Spending money on NO CDs. Just tonight, I purchased Community, Community EP, and Revolving World. Also, I am addicted to NOOL. I don't think I can quit going to this site, but I can slow my spending down. I'll buy NO music as a reward to myself for doing better in my second semester.
