The Simpsons house in that video is in my town. Executives scoured the UK for a similar house and one just up the road fitted the bill.

Are there no similar houses in the US?

But in the cartoon image it doesn't look like anything american auto. It's quite square. So Volvo perfectly fits in real life, though I bet the "cartoon" Simpson must have a Ford or Chevrolet
