RIP Dana Reeve

I was saddened to hear the news of the death of Dana Reeve who had given so much support to helping people with paralysis.

How tragic that a woman who gave up ten years of her life and devoted them to her husband, succumbed to cancer 18 months later at the age of 44.

She was an inspiration to all.

tragic indeed.

That is so sad. Also, I cannot imagine what their son must be going through right now.

Lung cancer and she was not a smoker.

i just found out about this a few days ago. i had no idea she had died, nor that she was even ill. what was most touching was how loyal she was to her husband after his accident. if put in the same situation i can't imagine how stressful it would be. but she was so committed to her work with the christopher reeve foundation and to stem cell research. hats off to her.

World could use more people like her. It's saddening that she is gone. Hopefully her family/friends are coping well.
