Can anyone confirm that Stan Collymore cops it in the opening credits after/during shagging Sharon Stone in a car?
I can see it as the only good reason for seeing the film, as Sharon Stone's fifty year old flange is no longer that appealing.

He really should steer clear of shagging in cars shouldn't he, the dirty old dogger? Haven't got the foggiest what you're on about, unfortunately, Burt...

He went to Hollywood to become a star apparently, and this is his first appearance in films. I'm hoping he gets an ice pick through the knackers. I'm sure Bradford City fans would concur.

mebbe I just imagined it..
Nope - a spot of googling came up with:
Stan Collymore will appear in the movie as Kevin Franks. He appears in the opening scene with Sharon Stone as they race through London in sports car. However he dies inside 30 seconds. Stone crashes the car through a barrier and it careers into the Thames and he drowns.
No word as to whether he was plums deep at the time of death, however...

"Sharon Stone has tipped her BASIC INSTINCT 2 co-star STAN COLLYMORE to enjoy a successful acting career, after making his Hollywood debut in the long-awaited sequel.
Brit Collymore - who plays one of CATHERINE TRAMELL's victims - is a former professional soccer player who has courted controversy in his homeland with highly publicised sex scandals and accusations of domestic violence..
But Stone is determined to give him a fresh start, and believes his natural acting ability will allow him to draw a line under past misdemeanours.
She says, "This is his first film and he's doing a good job. He's talented, he's a pro and he's taking it very seriously."
Oh God.. its true!

I'm sure a few football managers have uttered similar words of support for Stanley, only for him to repay their trust with another tabloid, spit-roasting, wife-beating frenzy... I saw some MTV Cribs wannabe thing a while ago with Stan on, he so wanted to be a mother-loving gangster, it was cringeworthy...

Not gonna say too much on the subject, but I know Stan, and he's his own worst enemy sometimes. That said, good luck to him in trying his hand at films. He wasted his biggest talent, maybe acting will bring him some happiness and a break from the demons.
His autobiography is simply THE most entertaining biography of its ilk. None of your usual footballer nonsense, he spills all the beans. It's bonkers in some places. The bit where he has to write a diary halfway through is like something out of American Psycho. Without the killing. Oh, and of course, there's an entire chapter dedicated to dogging!
