when a guy i knew was killed in a car accident in the summer of 1989 at the age of 16, his best friends dedicated their first radio show of the school year to him. this was the last song they played on the show. i haven't been able to listen to it without crying since.

Susan Tedeschi- just came out with such a raw new Cd. ouch. Sirens' Call and other NO tunes can knock me down..maybe to easily. B.B. King. but also clears up any dark sky. can get you grooving.

Tears in Heaven unplugged is really sad

Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah makes you feel more sadness, but still prefer the origional by Leonard.

As far as songs that remind me of people, "Blue Eyes" by the Cary Brothers does that for me. I came across it on the Garden State soundtrack, and now it makes me think of the girl I'm currently still stuck on (yeah, yeah, I know...but still)

"Driftwood", Travis (no-one in particular, just various girls over the years)
