e-bay changed format?

Still looks the same to me... i.e. it still says 'you have been outbid on everything'...

Spot on, they've overhauled eBay.com but eBay.co.uk remains the same.
The page format for US auctions looks a little different, I like it.
The UK site'll probably be overhauled soon too...

does anyone use the engerlish one then? i always find that i end up being logged into ebay.com even if i start in ebay.co.uk
thekey difference is in the item when you go in - "meet the seller"? WTF?
plus the watch this item has moved, there are other bits too, but those are the main two i noticed
Can I exclude sellers in "hong kong united kingdom" and "singapore UK" yet, or do ebay still sanction listin fraud?
Gonna buy something from one of them then refuse to pay because you cannot use "royal mail standard" from HK, and even if you could yhe postage costs are excessive for the UK LOL.
