Maya's computer has died ,crashed

She informed me by text late last night of the tragic news.Aparrently it just died all of a sudden.

Post your tips here to help her out in this darkest hour.

news coming out of Serbia is unclear at this time on the cause of the crash.Early reports describe it simply as "dying" suddenly

Best advice is have her pull the HD and make it a slave on someone else's pc, save the files she absolutely needs and then reinstal Windows.

i have no idea. did you pay for it? this is more a question for cambo. I have Nortons, but that is not enough, so i regularly run spybot and adaware as well.
