NSDAP. National Sozialistische Deutsche Arbeiter Partei aka the nazis. I guess the article says it all. the eagle is a bit dodgy as well. so it actually looks much like a nazi symbol. all nazi symbols are actually outlawed in germany. so the neo nazis in germany actually wave the old WWI imperial flag.

Er, I think the Lonsdale eagle logo here is a fake.
As you can see, it already says Lonsdaple instead of Lonsdale.

yeh it looks that way. i've never seen a lonsdale logo look like that anyway. they all look like the one in the top image.
The Consdaple logo is a bastardisation of the Lonsdale logo and is sold in neo-nazi shops. The idea is that you wear the shirt underneath a bomber jacket with the zip down such that only the NSDAP letters are visible...

With the ban on wearing Lonsdale items in Holland - would this also apply to football shirts (e.g. Blackburn Rovers) made by Lonsdale? Can't help but feel, however laudable the sentiments behind the ban are, that it's just a bit of German oversensitivity to anything connected with the Far Right... I don't know how much effort Lonsdale has put into distancing itself from the Far Right, but it's a bit harsh on them , isn't it? Consdaple on the other hand must be infringing copyright or something, surely?
