Arresting people in bars for being drunk?!?! DUH!!!

here it is against the law to serve alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated. i never seen that law being inforced.

Doesn't surprise me.In England, it's students get fined for swearing and someone gets into trouble for throwing rubbish in a bin.
