i know us males are supposed to think of it a lot, but all the time. you are not a teenager anymore are you? perhaps you do have a problem. just remember not to act out your urges with unwilling participants.

seriously humans like pleasure and sex can provide that along with companionship intimacy and the like...

Now if your thinking about sex interferes with your ability to form serious relationships or brings up issues of self confidence, etc...that could be an issue you need to explore
