Awesome reading - but can anyone tell me what the "Best New Order related album ever' section says? I'm dead keen to know what they're faveourite songs are and why but my eyesigtht is too poor to read it -monitor is too small! Would anyone oblige for my eternal praise?

Stephen Morris World in Motion it holds special memories. we got a couple of kids who wandered into the building to sing on it. it was hilarious.
BLT incomprehensible this song is very popular in korea.
Dream Attack through my slightly befuddled memories of ibiza where we were er, gathering inspiration, i recall the drums on this were really good.
Bernard Sumner Transmission its the most elemental music you can imagine and it came from nowhere. its reminded me what an incredible live band Joy Division were.
Temptation its the most simple. vocally very pure. it hasn't been deliberated on or dwelt on. a real case of more is less.
Freaky Dancin (Happy Mondays) i'm including albums i've produced because it was a really important sideline. i wasn't doing it for charity, i wanted to learn the craft.
Feel every beat. I really like the beat and the raw feel. electronic never wrote anything like it again.
What Do You Want From Me i don't want to inflate Hooky's ego, but this was a really good track. good vocals. i imagine he must have had a lot of help with this.
Peter Hook 14K this song was a a real turning point for me. i'd never really faced up to the challenge of revealing something personal.
Leave Me Alone i think this is new order's most melancholy and beautiful track. it seems to sum up what people love a bout new order. if you want a moody and introspective bit on th tape then this is the tune you want.
Atmosphere for me this sums up the power of and sadness of Joy Division. it was actually two songs welded together like a dodgy car. me and steve had the base and drum parts written and then ian and bernard had the music and lyrics for another song they hadn't finished. when we put it together it worked.
