here's the story. i was stumbling home from the pub, and i must have cut myself. anyway for the next three days i felt like i was having the worst flue ever, with ever increasing fever. eventually i made it to the hospital, and they didn't have a clue either, so they opened me up to have a look. i now have a nice scar with 30 stitches down my abdomen as well. by the time they found out what was wrong with me, they didn't really give me a chance of surviving.

the end result was that it was blood poisoning. I was in intensive care for a week, most of it in a coma, and in hospital a month.

with all the crap that has happend to me in the last 15 years, i sometimes wonder, that perhaps that was my time to shake of my mortal coil then.

I'm glad i made it as well. i'm going to enjoy this one way ride.

even sexier. virtually the same, but darker background. mildly less nasty than the last one. on second thought...it's worse.

i have my 5th grade mullet picture; i'll scan it at some point. just don't drink anything while looking at it. you don't want liquid comin' out your nose.

This may be a strange question - but who took this photo? It just seems like a strange time to whip out the camera - having a 'Kodak moment' wouldn't really be high on the agenda, would it?
