There was an article in the Mirror yesterday which seemed to be pretty encouraging.
How much have you boys gambled on this?
Hopefully we'll get some positive news soon.

Er, too much. 
Only thing that bothers me is there isn't much throughput on betfair. It has risen sharply this week from 7k to 12k but no-hopers like George Graham have had over 100k splashed out on them already.
And even our own Mike Newell has had 14k placed on him! 
I have the grand total of 5 british pounds on him @ 40's.....I'm a poor wee fucker!
It would be nice if he got the job and then neworder CONFIRMED Greece. That 200 notes would pay for ma flight ;)

Col and Hibster have monies on too. And V's just got herself a free 20 quid bet with betfair. No surprises where that's gone as well. Wavering around 20-1 at the moment.
Anyone else pondering as to whether G might've duped us and is happily laying our monies os I type?!

O'Neill: Just Say No!
I find the O'Neill thing crazy. He's hot favourite for both Newcastle AND England yet nobody even knows for sure if he's looking for a job at the moment. He quit the Celts to look after his wife and there's been very little reported on the state of the poor woman's health since then.

Given the choices - Newcastle, where he'd be at it hammer and tongs 24/7 and Engerland, where'd he be at it 24/7, er, four or five times a year, I'd have thought England was the better option for him.
But the man does like a challenge.
But then, he has genuinely got his wife to consider.
Wish the FA would just hurry up and give him the job.
Although, as I've said countlessly, we ain't got three 6ft8 centre-halves to fit into his gameplan, no short-arsed arsey ging-ahs for his midfield. And he can't pick people from Guinea or Outer Mongolia.
