I'll have a CD sized avi of this by monday (long story, but it's Colin's fault...he cursed my machine really badly....denies it, but two of his own have repeatedly tried to commit suicide........short version....windows makes UGLY rips and categorically refuses to get dual pass encoding right....but my dvdrecorder seems to use a format that makes my linux ripper (which makes beautiful rips) go all funny about the aspect ratio and screen size...we will discuss it tomorrow).
If anyone wishes to use the Other Forum's methods for a full DVD, I'll gladly send my master to someone.....but since this is probably coming out as a dvd...that may be a bit cheeky....even tho we'll all buy it.

LOVE to diggy but my Brand New TESCO dvd recorder went spastic when i hit finalize...I now have a coaster instead of a NO DVD.
It did the same during the best Grand Prix in a coupla years last weekend, thank GOD it recorded the re-run properly.

actually, anyone who has it to hand.....during regret, is it just me or can you hear the backing vocal track ( the one on tape) being used to "patch over" the live vocal for tiny snips here and there?
EDIT: let me re-iterate that I am sick to the back teeth of Hooky having his bass....DE-BASSED and turned down...it's a load of wanky. At a NO gig and on boots, you can hear bass and snaredrum, and mumbling....on this, it's all fucking guitar ( mainly phil) and vocal with this ticky tocky kit and a distant twanging noise. perhaps it's just cos I watched wit headphones on, but it sounded limp, and nothing like that band I heard live....would others who hav seen them more than my paltry once concur?
