I'm looking forward to Arsenal getting beat today! What about you??

Anyway, just seen this on Digital Republic:

Bonzette: You know you gonna get whipped, and, if not i'll pay for your pearl jam festival ticket or whatever it is. Deal???????

Okay now obviously I'm not taking that seriously, but of course it's a deal if you're serious, but they're A LOT of money.

Don't joke about things like that with me!! It's cruel and painful!!!! :( :( :( :(

Tell you what though buster, you win today, and i'll sort you out some Pearl Jam something or other! That's a deal:thumb:

Haha thought so.

Well I'm going to Leeds festival, that's definite. The tickets I'm after are tickets to their gig at the London Astoria on April 20th....which are going for over £450 on eBay!!

You seem pretty confident about the game today, maybe over confident........

But yeah, deal.

Got a weekend ticket to Leeds for £135. Pretty good price I reckon, including camping, and all those bands.

Not toooooo impressed with the line up so far, there's only really Audislave, Muse, Placebo and of course Pearl Jam that I wanna see, but there are more bands to be announced. Should be a good weekend, got a big crew from school going, then a big crew of girls next door

Hi Jack, remember me...?

Of course I remember you!!

But £450 is surely too much. I've hardly even seen my dad in like the last 3 months at all, so haven't been able to get him to sign anything anyway :(

Just checking, no sweat... You've got rocks in your head if you pay 450 for anything!

Er, except for a 'mint' Sordide that is...

Nah if I did in fact have the money I would buy the tickets. I'm just desperate to be at this gig, it's gonna be so amazing it's untrue. Such a killer. :(

I know I'm seeing them at Leeds but it is really no consolation, like at Leeds they will only play for an hour and a half, but at the Astoria people are saying 2 and a half hours or more. In such a small venue it will be class.

Never mind.

It's true about my dad though, one minute he's in America, then in Mallorca, then back here for a DJ gig last night in Manchester, now he's back in Mallorca, then he's going to China he said, then somewhere else........

you look a bit back on form today miss bonz.

We should all promise to buy Jack a ticket if we win something good.

Damn...if I'd had a few quid on that nag of mine yesterday (actually if I had a few quid on it, it'd be on a plate by now)

Lol Steve I'm clearly not gonna be able to buy tickets to this gig, it hurts to admit it, but I guess I'll just have to live with it. :(

And yeah you should have put money on your horse!! Mine fell over at the third fence. Typical.

Half time and it's 0-0.

Kolo Toure what a save from Rooney!! Arsenal should try him out in net next game, fantastic save. I bet Lehmann couldn't have kept that out.

Blatent handball, should have had a penalty. Great match so far though. :thumb:

I believe you told me £145? Somebodys trying to rip me off a tenner!

They're £135 for the ticket, then £7 add on charge, makes it £142, then the final bill for one ticket comes to £145.

Bonzette: Unlucky. We deserved the win I reckon. Looks like you lost your bet. :evil4:

Jeeeez look for yourself man, confirmation e-mail:

"PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You have booked to attend LEEDS FESTIVAL 06 at Bramham Park, Leeds on FR-SU 25-27 AUG

You have ordered the following tickets

Reference XXXXXXXX - 2 WEEKEND TICKET at £ 142.00

Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until 5-7 days before the event. Please do not contact us until 5 days before the event if you have not received your tickets."

Then the credit card charge takes it to £145, but if you still don't believe me then you can just have it for £142, I'm not bothered.

I am calm, but it seems like the confirmation e-mail was the only way you were gonna accept they cost more than £135.
