Velvet Redux

Anyone seen this? Just curious. I was watching it last night and I just don't know how I feel about the dvd. It's cool watching it, but it does totally blow away the myth of the songs I had no visuals too, plus being live and 30 years late, the songs aren't up to scratch. However on the other hand, people like myself are fortunate for there to be a reunion and for it to be recorded. Feels odd watching it. And they should've replaced Hey, Mr Rain with Sister Ray if they were going to do a really long song. Still a good song. I'm just rambling now.

It was also filmed at a time when reunion gigs weren't in high demand, compared to today.

Sterling Morrisson looks in pain throughout it. He died a few years later.:(

Isn't it like buying Paul McCartney's numerous DVDs of his recent gigs?
