I'd say Dr Who...because, they exhibit technical genius and blinding stupidity in equal measure. There's often something a little cheap and cheerful (or at least, unpretentious) about them. But most importantly because they can be profound and ridiculous, sublime and silly, all at once.
(And because I'd love to hear "Oi dildo face, exterminate this yah twat" and a shergold cracks an eyestalk :D )
